Firstly – great cover. It radiates such fun and sun you cannot help but be won over by it immediately. The good news is that Bombay Bicycle Club haven’t lost any of the magical musical touch on My Big Day, their sixth studio album. It comes with some big-name collaborations including none other than Chaka Khan plus Damon Albarn, Jay Som, Nilufer Yanya and Holly Humberstone and has been produced by the band’s guitarist Jack Steadman as well as Paul Epworth on one track, ‘Heaven’. A great return from these much-loved UK festival favourites. – Juno
