They’re always slow release, mindful cuts for dreamers and lovers of the deep and now he offers them up on the equally tasteful ESP Institute. ‘Skylark’ is rooted to a hunched kick but has expansive melodies way up in the skies above, and icy hi hat ticks keeping you locked in. ‘OmniMulti’ is more aural fireworks of the highest order, but paired to a deep, rubbery groove, and then Linkwood flips ‘Skylark’ into scuffed up and dreamy bit of late night bliss.
