The Sensual World is the sixth studio album from British pop sensation Kate Bush, released in October 1989 to the ever-expected throng of acclaim. Condensing her literary inspirations into what is arguably her most romantic album, The Sensual World is notorious for its singles ‘This Woman’s Work’ and ‘Love And Anger’, which fuse James Joyce and William Blake intertexts with aspects of her own Irish heritage.
